Complaints Procedures
Should you wish to pursue a complaint against a key individual or representative of Optima Wealth, you should address the complaint in writing to us at info@optimawealth.co.za.
Optima Wealth has a formal Complaints Management Framework in place. Should you wish to review this framework that contains the formal complaints process, you may request a copy by contacting us at info@optimawealth.co.za.
If you are unable to resolve your complaint with us, you are entitled to refer it to the Office of the FAIS Ombud at info@faisombud.co.za or call 0860 324 766. The Ombud provides a redress mechanism for any inappropriate financial advice you believe may have been given by a financial advisor.
